Well now I propose a recipe auteur that comes straight from the executive chef of Acquasalata, Giovanna Annunziata Ghilarducci.
Flavoursome and refined that will surely satisfy even the most discerning palate.

Executive Chef – Restaurant Acquasalata
Ingredients: Spaghetti Felicetti Monograno, prawns, blonde shrimps, squid and cuttlefish, garlic, hot pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Heat the garlic and hot pepper in extra virgin olive oil. Add first cuttlefish finely chopped. After a few minutes deglaze with white wine.
Add the rest of fish and Felicetti Monograno spaghetti. Cooking, stirring and adding fish broth until almost cooked.
Stir in a little olive extra virgin oil and a pinch of chopped parsley.
