Irene Di Gregorio, born in 1983, has always demonstrated a great passion for art, painting and sculpture.
From 2008 she carried on her artistic project “Lamina” which is the creation of works through the manipulation of metal plates and various recycled materials.
“If I had to describe in a few words the heart of “Lamina” I would say that is the light that plays on steel sheets, transparent films, paper, raffia. Materials that we see and use every day, reinterpreted.”
The subjects become a theater, every leaf reflected in different ways and gives each work a three-dimensional special effect, unique.
